tftpd: install TFTP client as well 



This patch installs TFTP client as well and overrides BusyBox
implementations if BusyBox is enabled.

[Thomas: fix typo SYSKLOGD_DEPENDENCIES -> TFTPD_DEPENDENCIES noticed
by Baruch.]
