Document alternatives in README.md

Although briefly mentioning libmilter using/inspired python packages there are no explicit links to any (mostly because they were all defunct).

Now there is purepythonmilter; a nice new alternative, inspired by libmilter but implemented in pure python, fully statically typed, and async (with asyncio).
