Fixed #12776 -- `User.get_profile` now raises `SiteProfileNotAvailable`...

Fixed #12776 -- `User.get_profile` now raises `SiteProfileNotAvailable` instead of `AttributeError` in certain circumstances.  Thanks, Bruno Renié.
