libvorbis: fix LIBVORBIS_SITE 



The LIBVORBIS_SITE included a reference to $(LIBVORBIS-SOURCE), which
doesn't exist. And anyway was useless because the <pkg>_SITE variable
should not contain the name of the tarball.
