Subject: [PATCH] Fix compiling on Buildroot



Buildroot always specifies -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE, -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE,

-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64, so define them only if they are not already

defined.
